Mr. A N Khanduja is a retired officer of the Indian Revenue Services and was the Ex-Commissioner of Customs.

He has over 40 years of experience in custom, excise and service tax. His service to the industry is commendable as he has made indirect taxes an easy subject of understanding for all the corporates.

During the course of his service with the Department of Revenue (Ministry of Finance), Mr. Khanduja was responsible for collection and administration of the various indirect taxes accruing to the Union Government.

Mr. Khanduja also played a significant a role in advising on various tax policy matters by playing a significant role in framing and amending of statutes and framing regulations in relation to taxes.

Mr. Khanduja also participate and negotiate treaties on behalf of the Government of India in the fiscal matters in both bilateral or multilateral forums such as OECD, WTO, WCO, UNODC and Global Forum on Transparency in Tax Matters.
